New Customer Resource Centers Serve Up Fast Info

91ý recently launched three new Customer Resource Centers on its website.  Instead of having to make a phone call or search multiple areas, customers can now get answers and submit data with just the click of a mouse.

“We wanted to provide a more user-friendly experience for our customers and get them the information they need as quickly as possible. We gathered all of the important customer forms; general and procedural information, and quality certificates and put them together in one convenient place that is accessible 24/7,” explains Judy Koenig, Customer Service Representative for 91ý of Eastern PA.

Resources available on the Customer Resource Center pages include: request for quote form; new customer credit form; ISO/AS9100/Nadcap/ITAR certificates; pick-up and delivery information; supplier representation codes and more.

Corporate president Roger Jones adds, “Solar is always looking for new ways to provide superior service and our Customer Resource Center is just a start. Based on customer feedback, we will continue to evolve these pages with helpful information to make it even easier for customers to work with us.”

There is a unique Customer Resource Center for each plant- Eastern PA – Souderton, Western PA – Hermitage and California – Fontana.
